By submitting your photos & videos into the Adrift Film Festival website and/or submitting by email, text or any other means, the WINNER of the contest will grant and authorize Adrift Film Festival the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of their winning photo to be used in and/or for legally promotional materials.
